We offer a wide range of fabric ducts for HVAC, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Our products include customized solutions for different applications, such as standard ducts, insulated ducts, and specialty ducts for specific industries.
In general, WELLSOX offers diameters from 4″ – 64″, but diameters outside of this range have been done for custom applications. The volume of air supplied to the duct will determine the diameter, recommended is design around 7.5m/s inlet velocity to reduce the risk of the duct fluttering and uneven air distribution. The higher the inlet velocity (above 7.6m/s), the more static pressure will be required to counter the increased turbulence.
The lead time depends on the size and complexity of the order. Typically, our standard lead time is between 2-4 weeks. For large or custom orders, we will provide an estimated timeline once we have the project details.
